US Blockades Iran as Oil Surges Past $103

The US military has announced a naval blockade of Iranian ports beginning at 14:00 GMT Monday, after US-Iran nuclear talks in Pakistan collapsed after 21 hours without a deal. Iran's negotiators vowed to fight back, Trump threatened to bomb water treatment facilities, and oil markets responded by blowing past $103 a barrel for the first time in years.
