Artemis II crew splashes down after lunar flyby

NASA's Artemis II astronauts are returning to Earth on Friday after a 10-day lunar flyby mission, with the Orion capsule set to hit reentry at nearly 24,000mph before splashing down off San Diego. Separately, NASA confirmed a helium leak discovered during the mission will require a full valve redesign before the next Moon-bound flight. The splashdown site is several miles off the southern California coast.
