US Treasury targets Wall Street ETF tax-avoidance tactics

The US Treasury has moved to restrict Wall Street's use of ETF structures to defer or eliminate taxable capital gains, and signaled it is eyeing further crackdowns on other strategies it considers "potentially abusive."
