California and New York Sue Trump Over Wind Buybacks

The attorneys general of California and New York have sued the Trump administration for buying back offshore wind leases as part of a broader push to shut down renewable energy expansion in favour of fossil fuels. The California suit targets the cancellation of a project off its coast developed by Chicago-based Invenergy.
