Alibaba Open-Sources SAIL to Challenge Nvidia CUDA

Alibaba's T-Head chip division has open-sourced its SAIL software stack at the WAIC conference in Shanghai, directly targeting Nvidia's CUDA ecosystem, which currently controls over 90% of the AI developer market. The company claims developers can migrate to its Zhenwu chips within seven days.
