Venezuela earthquake death toll surpasses 4,000

Venezuela's twin earthquakes on June 24 have now killed more than 4,000 people, with 16,740 injured and thousands more still missing. The UN and Venezuelan officials are calling for international financial aid as the scale of the recovery effort in the coastal state of La Guaira becomes clear.
