UN reports Israel killing a child a day in Gaza

UNICEF says Israel has been killing on average one child per day in Gaza despite an active ceasefire, declaring that "no ceasefire can be considered meaningful while children continue to be killed." Separately, the US announced a new round of Israel-Lebanon talks in Washington next week as a fresh ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah took hold.
