Judge says Pentagon move against Anthropic looks like punishment
A federal judge has openly questioned whether the Department of Defense's decision to label Anthropic a "supply chain risk" — effectively barring the Claude maker from government contracts — is a politically motivated attempt to cripple the company rather than a legitimate security call.
